Good paella and pan dulce. Service is really slow to the point you go yourself to the front desk to get some napkins…
What a disappointment. This is not the service I used to receive in previous visits. The lady usher asked us to wait in the foyer like if we were doggies -“Sit & wait” The waitress was so dry and grumpy, like if she was making a huge effort of serving us. The pasta was tasty, but not dente. The Parmesan cheese came in individual plastic wraps (!) and along with the coke can the presentation looked like a cheap restaurant The atmosphere and decoration are pleasing though. Sad, Plaza Mayor is not the jewel it used to be anymore. For the price, service needs to improve.
