MUSGO Restaurante
Argentina
Beoordelingen
One of the best seafood meals I had during my entire Argentina trip. Musgo has an incredible atmosphere, peaceful, calm, refined, and absolutely beautiful inside. The menu uses seasonal Patagonian ingredients with subtle Japanese influence and every dish was outstanding. The shrimp ceviche with shrimps, dashi, and pumpkin was honestly one of the best ceviches I’ve ever had, and the white salmon with green curry and tamagoyaki completely blew my mind. Also highly recommend the banana, coconut, miso, and rum cocktail… easily one of the best cocktails I’ve had in Buenos Aires. I was also dining with one of my best friends who is vegan, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate him with amazing vegetarian and vegan options. He’s a vegan chef himself and said it was one of the best meals of his trip. You can really tell they put thought and effort into every dish. We’ll definitely be back to try their weekend brunch too, it looks incredible. Amazing food, drinks, service, and ambience all around.
Very non Argentinian restaurant (parrilla style) but delicious food, great service and very nice ambiance. The food was delicious. The shell fish was delicious from the south of Argentina. The chef is very good. The flavors they are all the best. Great restaurant!!!! I would recommend this restaurant .
A really great spot with a modern concept — the cuisine is described as Patagonian with a Japanese twist, and I could notice a subtle Russian influence in some elements too. What truly deserves special praise is the hospitality: they let us in before 8 PM, so we didn’t have to wait outside like we’ve had to at other restaurants here in Argentina. The service was fast and efficient, the interior is stylish and inviting, and the food was genuinely delicious. The presentation of the dishes is beautiful, and I also appreciated that they offer pear juice — not just the usual orange option. Definitely a place worth visiting.
I went there on a Sunday afternoon and had that fish and seafood platter with the super fresh fish, oysters, scallops etc from Patagonia prepared Asian Style. This was absolutely the best of this type I had in almost 5 months of traveling South America. So much creativity, passion, thouroughfulness...I felt so blessed to have found that special place. I had a glass of Riesling from Patagonia, that was exceptional too. Many many thanks for that wonderful experience. By the way very reasonably priced
Best restaurant in Buenos Aires!! I had the nicest waitress ever named Coral and I let her order for me. I was not disappointed! The gold wrapped chocolate covered yogurt dessert was my favorite, but you must try the Japanese beef. I was skeptical, but wow - it’s so good.
