The food here isn’t super traditional but more of a fusion of Cantonese food with Latin flair. That being said, it exceeded my expectations since I was looking for something traditional. An example, they had Siu Mai traditionally made but came with a side of wasabi citrus sauce that was a nice addition. Their fsh of the day instead of being whole and steamed, as you would expect, was pieces of deboned fillets lightly battered and fried and came in a zesty citrus ají sauce, that was amazing. Their chowfan was the most tasty I’ve had, the rice texture was perfect, the egg and sauce that was mixed into it was superb. Their langostinos were cooked perfectly and came were delicious. This HK - “fusion” was a treat. Some of the best food I’ve eaten while in LATAM, but I am partial to Asian food.
