The food was spectacular! Both the hot and cold dishes were excellent. Alejandro, who prepared our ceviche in the cold kitchen, was impeccable! The leche de tigre was a delicious emulsion, with a perfectly achieved creamy texture. The causa was also very tasty, a very generous portion, and the trout was delicious. Finally, the service was superb; Esmeralda served us and was very attentive and kind to us at all times. We felt very comfortable and will definitely return.
Everything was great. Carlos and the waitress were also excellent. The dishes were generously portioned, the flavors perfectly balanced, and the presentation was superb. We'll definitely be back! The place and cleanliness are also excellent.
We had a wonderful meal tonight and our server Leila was welcoming, helpful, and generous with her recommendations. The flavors were bright and fresh, and every bite was delicious. Huge praise for the ceviche and the picante mariscos.
This is our second time here and the food is incredible! We highly recommend it. The staff, especially Esmeralda, provided excellent service. It's the best option on Boulevard Caseros, don't miss it!
I recommend it! They could improve a few small things. Food: very tasty, well-served portions (not tiny, not huge), delicious flavors, good menu. We ordered trout tacos, ceviche, and causa limeña. For dessert, we had a suspiro limeño. To drink, we had a CuraTodo and a pisco sour. The suspiro limeño wasn't well made. You could feel sugar granules. Atmosphere: the place was newly renovated and clean. It was nighttime and there weren't many people there. It was cold. The restrooms weren't very clean (considering how few people were there, they should have been spotless). Prices: reasonable prices for Peruvian food and for the quality of the place. The location is good. It's on a block with several restaurants.
