Once the aprons are tied, the experience becomes fully interactive. Under the chef’s guidance, you’ll learn to prepare two Argentine staples that reflect the country’s regional diversity and warmth:
Chipa, the irresistible cheese bread made from mandioca flour, a recipe born in the northeast’s Guaraní traditions.
Empanadas, folded with both classic meat and savory vegetarian fillings, where you’ll master the art of the repulgue — the traditional crimped edge that seals flavor and technique in every bite.
The setting is casual yet elegant, with a lively communal table that feels more like cooking among friends than in a class. This isn't just a demonstration; it's a hands-on culinary adventure. Under the expert guidance of our chef and instructors, you'll prepare a full meal, including 2 starters Main and vegetables, and a delicious desert with dulce de leche. Everything is prepared from scratch together, and enjoyed with 2 different wine pairings. We offer coffee with the dessert. The menu of the class depends on the type of class booked, either Cooking Class, or the Asado Grill Master Class.
