In a region full of world class restaurants and wineries, Zonda and Lagarde might just be the best. We had lunch here on our last day in Mendoza. It was our favorite meal of our trip through South America and I would probably put it in my top 20 all-time. Our favorite dishes were the beef tartare and ribeye. Each course was well thought out for the season and did a great job innovating on staple Argentine dishes. The wine paired perfectly with each course. We were fortunate enough to be able to try a 30 year old Malbec. We also really enjoyed their late harvest Henry. The grounds are beautiful and we appreciated the open concept kitchen.
Impeccable service, friendly and very professional team. Amazing selection of wines, special thanks to Juan Carlos for introducing local wines, history and matching courses. From the perfectly folded napkin to the complimentary appetizer, thoughtful details to everything made Zonda a delightful experience. Adios Mendoza
We had the most amazing meal at Zonda while we were in Mendoza. The food and wine pairings were absolutely amazing! The food was inventive and had amazing combinations of flavors. The service was top tier. The staff were some of the hardest working restaurant staff I've ever seen. From beginning to end, we had an absolutely incredible experience.
OMFG the best fine dining experience ever ! I am fussy and have annoying dietaries, vegetarian and gluten free. My friend is vegetarian and lactose intolerant WOW the chef customised an amazing menu for us. Tasty, adventurous and uncomplicated food honest to it’s ingredients The wine paring is out of this world and so is the staff
Nothing short of spectacular! What an amazing restaurant with great food and warm service. Huge shoutout to the team for accommodating me for lunch without a reservation after a winery tour. Joan the head sommalier made arrangements to avoid any repeated wines from the winery tour and that was greatly appreciated🫡 Defintely one of the restaurants in Mendoza that I would highly recommend trying!🥳
