I was a bit skeptic of this restaurant because it is in a hotel but I was greatly impressed by the quality of the dishes. I had the fish of the day cooked with miso sauce and my wife also had the fish of the day but inside a pastry. Both dishes were fantastic! Lucas, our waiter, was very friendly and efficient.
Negresco Bistro delivers a lovely dining experience with service that truly stands out. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely well taken care of. The shrimp risotto was absolutely awesome—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Everything arrived at a relaxed, enjoyable pace. A great spot to return to, especially for the service alone.
Great people, great service. Federico needs a raise, he's an amazing waiter. Overall one of my favorite restaurants in all of Buenos Aires, it never gets too crowded. The hotel is gorgeous but even if you don't stay here the restaurant alone is worth the trip.
