Jalapeño Marisquería

While the experience is interesting because it's a small place, it gives a feeling of exclusivity. There are details that need improvement. There's no wine list, so you have to ask for each wine individually, which becomes awkward when trying to choose the best option, not just in terms of price but also according to your personal tastes. Then there's the noise from the kitchen; if they make a mistake with an order or something, you'll unfortunately find out. There's disorganization and a lot of noise there. And point number three: there's a lack of ventilation. The last time we went, it was a very hot day, and there wasn't even a fan, although there are air conditioners, they weren't turned on. While we were there, several people had their orders canceled due to a lack of products or stock, which is something to keep in mind if you're going with something specific in mind. There's also no dessert menu, and what little there is is very limited (3 options).
The food was very good. The problem was that they gave us a menu with all the dishes they offered. Only when we paid did they tell us they had fish like salmon and tuna... but even if they tell you, if it's not on the menu, you don't know the price of each dish.
