Fuente y Fonda is a cozy and homey restaurant in Mendoza city with a limited menu of tasty and filling homemade pasta recipes. Both of the pasta dishes we ordered were large enough to feed at least two people. The atmosphere of the restaurant was lively and close to the center of town.

What an absolutely amazing dining experience. A beautiful little place that feels like you’re in your grandmother’s house. The food is like it came out of your grandmother‘s kitchen . New York or Italy is one of the only places where you’re going to get something comparable to this. The service was impeccable. Be advised. Make a reservation. People were being turned away at the door. I was lucky that the brilliant man who works the front desk at the hotel Villaggo called the desk and got us in. I’m going to have to stop saying this is one of my top 10 best meals in my life now that I’m in Argentina a lot because it seems every day is one of the top 10 best meals of my life and this definitely qualifies. Thank you Fuente y Fonda for such a wonderful and memorable experience. I will remember my first time there for the rest of my life.

Wow! 10/10 all around. The service was quick and super nice, the food was absolutely incredible, desserts were delicious, wine was yummy and cheap and the atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Wow! This place is amazing. I had pork shoulder and it was amazing. This is more of a couples restaurant as the plates are made for sharing, but they happily offered half portion as I was solo. The salad and potatoes were amazing, so was the wine and the desert! I must say! It’s 10/10!

Got this place recommend by a local guide within the city. We didn't want to go for meat, as we had way too much for the last days, so went for no meat here. Nice, seemingly local, place. Rather rustical, not a lot of space, but friendly personell and good, classical dishes. We went with pasta and salmon, paired with wine.
