We had an excellent experience at El Faro Bistro. The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish exceeded our expectations. The customer service was just as impressive. The staff was attentive, welcoming, and made us feel truly valued throughout the entire visit. A special thank you to Belén Videle, who provided exceptional service. She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mendoza. We will definitely be coming back!
A friend and I had lunch on a Saturday here. The view is beautiful, the food and wine delicious. I only give the ambience 4 stars because the bathroom, and furniture are not 5 stars as well the elevators that need a good upgrade. I would love to visit El Faro at night and try some cocktails at the bar in the East side of the building.

Absolutely a must-visit place. Great outdoor area, views, and also inside area for hot sunny days like today. We enjoyed the Empanadas Mendocinas and the Spanish tortilla very much. Service was top notch. Mayra was wonderful! Thank you for a great experience.
Beléu Oidele was a wonderful waitress. We had an easy time ordering with her despite not speaking Spanish. The food was excellent and the view was beautiful. We had two kids with us and the restaurant was comfortable enough for them too. Food was fresh and we could tell by the wait time it was made to order. Do not expect to leave quickly as in most places in Argentina food is not rushed.
