Desnivel delivers classic, bustling bife vibes. Portions are copious, and the service remains remarkably good despite the chaotic crowd and high noise levels. While my ojo de bife unfortunately missed the mark on tenderness, the filet mignon was absolutely great, paired with an excellent sauce.
Great local spot! Had an amazing Bife de Chorizo - the meat was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. Paired it with a fresh salad and the house wine (Vino de la Casa). Authentic atmosphere and friendly service. A must-visit in San Telmo for steak lovers!
Excellent experience in San Telmo. A traditional neighbourhood style parilla filled with local porteños. We ordered vacío and bife de chorizo and both were cooked to perfection and large portions. French fries were crispy like they should be. Service was rapid and attentive. The quality of the food is equal to high end steak houses costing twice as much. We will certainly return the next time we are in Buenos Aires.
Great place, great vibe, friendly staff and delicious food. Huuge portions. Visited twice during out stay in BA and thoroughly enjoyed both times
I like the experience. Staff very experienced. Good quality of steaks, here they really know what medium rare should be cooked. prices are little higher but still less than options you have around San Telmo.
