With an extensive and successful career in Bariloche's gastronomy. He designed the menu of important restaurants, managed the kitchen of hotels, and also participated in cooking competitions. His 'Desconstrucción de arroz con leche', got the best score in the national chef's tournament organized by the Federación Empresarial Hotelera Gastronómica de la República Argentina (FEHGRA) in September 2010.
Together with his wife Mariana Trujillo they created QUIVER which proposes to discover the Patagonian flavors with modern touches. Gourmet dishes, with the author's design, in an idyllic place, on the shores of the lake.
