Reviews
Fantastic fine dining experience in Argentina's wine country. This is going to be hard to review due to the review being late and me bursting at the seams by the end. I remember loving the langoustine's meatiness a lot, it was more filling than I expected. The five tapas were so good at waking up my tongue and whetting my appetite due to the acidity and the depth of flavor. The fruits were great. The lamb was decent but was overshadowed by the other dishes. The wine pairing was so on point I clearly took every bottle's picture so I could remember. Lovely restaurant with a fantastic tasting menu. I want to go back with a someone so I can talk about the food while I eat.
Never take wine pairing in this restaurant ! I am very confused: food was absolutely stunning - everything well balanced and has unusual hint in every dish. But wine pairing was an absolute disaster ! Given the fact that we are in wine region & that wine pairing cost the same as meal, I put a very low rating. First of all: for the price of wine pairing, I would expect sommelier to do the same job as chef. But here - none of the wines were properly chosen for a dish. A very average wine selection (low lines of wines). Red , that was served for meat- was a disappointment, given the fact that region has outstanding reds. All the wines were served from a regular fridge at super low temperatures, that are absolutely killing all the aromas. I don’t understand how is that possible in a Michelin star restaurant. So to summarize - come for food. But not for wine experience
The best meal of our six weeks in South America. Incredible flavors and execution and an incredible price for a Michelin one star. Waitress wasn’t the most friendly but the food was ridiculously good. The home made fresh sourdough bread was also phenomenal. Do not miss!
Excellent fine dining food, adding the stunning dishes and presentations. Plus gorgeous setting and amazing costumer service! The cherry on top it’s for sure how affordable it is . First experience on a Michelin star restaurant and will be an unforgettable one
