Awesome food!! Alejandro is a really cool server
When we arrived, the service already felt a bit hectic. We were seated, but barely given time to look at the menu before being pushed to order. It felt rushed from the start. We wanted to order a ginger lemonade that was listed on the menu, but they didn’t have it. When we asked about other non-alcoholic options, we were told the blender was broken, and the only alternative offered was a hibiscus tea, which is completely different. That was disappointing. They did bring us some complimentary sushi to start, which was very good. We then ordered a variety of sushi, including salmon and other selections, and the food itself was excellent. The fish was very fresh, and the sushi was well prepared. That was clearly the highlight. However, the service remained off throughout the meal. At first, we were rushed to order, but afterward, everything slowed down. It took a long time to get attention, the food was delayed, and then everything arrived at once. On top of that, several items listed online were no longer available. The prices felt high for the overall experience. While the food quality was good, the service and organization were lacking. Considering everything, it felt expensive for what it was, and I don’t think I would return.
We had a fantastic dinner at Paru Inkas Sushi & Grill. We ordered a 50-piece sushi selection for the two of us, and it was simply excellent. The fish was fresh, the cuts were generous, and the variety made the whole experience really enjoyable. It’s definitely one of the better sushi experiences we’ve had on our trip. We also ordered a bottle of wine, which paired perfectly with the meal and added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. The only small thing missing were moshi, but aside from that everything was truly perfect. Great atmosphere, great service, and great food, highly recommended.
