Lovely way to enjoy a fine dining, vegan experience. Wasn’t in love with my cocktails, but service was nice and things were quiet during the hour after it opened.
Extraordinary experience that lived up to high expectations. The setting was divine, the service friendly and professional, the food was exquisite. Best pesto I ever had.
Beautiful location, great service, loved the food. I went alone, on a Saturday evening, had a reservation but there were enough tables available. Happy that everything is vegan. Ordered the strawberry hibiscus lemonade and panzanella salad to start which I loved. The potato tortellini in broth was amazing. Then I couldn't help myself and ordered the breaded lion's mane as well, which was fabulous but I didn't like the pasta and sauce that came with that. All in all a wonderful evening to finish my trip.
Ravioli fell way short of expectation.. just sauce topped up, little taste. Tiramisu was excellent. Surprisingly poor service on taking orders and fulfillment. Can't justify Michelin rating or the pricing..it's in the Hyatt so guess only the location atmosphere justify the prices
The place is great, all the food was delicious, it is a high level service, everyone is polite and speaks English. The best dishes are: eggplant croquettes (balls) as starter. Ricotta, walnut & spinach agnolotti or lasagna as a main dish. Chocolate ice cream with salt is a tasty dessert. I would improve the menu by adding tasting menu (courses). Besides that this is one of the best fine dining places in this city.
