I like the concept and identity of this place. They work with seasonal ingredients. Their service is impeccable. They have orange wine, which isn't common in Neuquén. For my main course, I ordered matambrito (a type of flank steak), 8/10. Warm atmosphere.

Spectacular flavor and quality. I particularly appreciate the presentation, and the meat was cooked to perfection. I especially recommend the appetizers, which are incredible, and the staff was very attentive. I highly recommend it.

I went for dinner and the experience was impeccable from beginning to end. I went with my wife and baby. We were able to try six of their appetizers, in addition to the main courses, and each one was better than the last. It truly stands out for its concept: good food with dishes that you'd be hard-pressed to find elsewhere, seasonal products, and a very distinct identity. The dishes are clearly well thought out, with amazing combinations that surprised me, without being pretentious. You can tell they're made by local people with respect for the ingredients and a focus on highlighting genuine flavors, something that's not common. The service perfectly complements the experience: friendly, professional, and with a good knowledge of the menu. Furthermore, their wine list is ideal for pairing with the food. The ambiance completes the experience: warm, modern, and with that feeling of being in a special place, perfect for both a quiet outing and a more formal occasion. Another plus is that you can see the kitchen, which is always a plus. The place is spotless and the atmosphere is really cool, honestly. Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in Neuquén. I don't know all the restaurants in the city, obviously, but I doubt there are three that are as good as this one. It was totally worth it.

I suggest making a reservation before going. For the culinary scene in Neuquén, it's a cut above the rest. With a concise menu, they offer dishes that strive to be more than just food. The service is excellent. The atmosphere is pleasant. The menu isn't fixed and consists of small plates, main courses, and desserts. They have a wide variety of wines. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the service and food. It can get expensive if you order more than two dishes, but it's worth going at least once to try something different that stands out for its combination of flavors.
