If I had the chance to give a million 5-star reviews, I would give them all here. First of all, the location is in Puerto Madero, the safest and most elegant neighborhood in Buenos Aires. When you walk in, you’re greeted by a massive restaurant. In the center, there are two large salad and appetizer bars, and right across from them is a grill featuring about 22 different types of meat. It’s an all-you-can-eat concept. The price—52,900 ARS (approx. $38 USD)—includes all the meat and salads, plus one drink and one dessert. As someone who has tried the expensive and "fancy" Argentinian steakhouses, let me tell you: come here immediately. You’ll get to experience the authentic Argentinian meat culture by tasting dozens of delicious cuts at a very reasonable price. I also want to add one more thing: the owner noticed me and brought over some of his own recommendations for me to try without me even asking. It made me feel incredibly special. That is exactly how a restaurant owner should be! I highly recommend visiting. Thank you for everything, Siga La Vaca family! :))))

Incredible experience! Authentic, quality parrillada with the best cuts at the tip of your finger. All you have to do is ask the Gaucho for your choice of cut from the cow, chicken, chorizo or cold cut deli. Open salad bar, drinks and desert included. This was by far, the best place for meat in my 12 days in Puerto Madero. The service was awesome. Impeccable tables and cleanliness all around.

Very good experience at this place. Amazing quality of meat, well prepared with lots of attention from the parilleros. Very polite staff with great quality of service. We tried every cut of beef and I give it a solid 9/10 specially for the entraña and Beefe. Chinchulin and asado were prepared perfectly. Loved the atmosphere as well. Will go again while in buenos aires.
