Outstanding experience! All diners were gifted appetizers of gazpacho and foie gras with potato chips to start the meal. I ordered risotto con langostinos, and my boyfriend ordered a fish plate (la trilla). This was my favorite meal during my time in Buenos Aires - delicious and was not too heavy.
Good Friday 2026 for lunch Good food, very good pork, quiet restaurant as they have some sort of noise cancelling ceiling-that’s amazing. The only thing to improve is quality of service. Adrian was our waiter and his service didn’t match the place. He was overall correct, but neither attentive nor helpful. At this level of restaurant top notch service is expected. I think he has a lot of potential but lacks training.
We had a delicious lunch at Roux, a short walk from them Recoleta cemetery but not at all a touristy location. Lovely enclosed white linen quiet street side outdoor settingThe food was impeccable, delicious and gorgeous. We were treated to an amuse bouche of a gazpacho and a pate, with a lovely selection of breads on the table. Tuna tartare, llama carpaccio, cod croquettes and a lamb ravioli in tomato sauce, accompanied by a gorgeous and quite affordable Mendoza Sauv Blanc ... A wonderful treat in a day of sightseeing.
I really enjoyed lunch. The atmosphere was soft, elegant and friendly, with many locals present. It was mid-summer, which made everything feel even more beautiful. The place had great energy and was perfect for a relaxing lunch. The food was detailed and lovely. I highly recommend this spot if you're looking to unwind over a meal.
An absolutely amazing meal! The menu and the ingredients are really quite something - like nothing else we’ve ever seen! The food was sensational. I had anchovies and I tried some of mt parters tuna tartar (delicious). We then had a hot starter each because they looked so good and oh my they were! The squid and the octopus. We finished with the suckling pig which was beyond beautiful. Espresso came with some sweet treats. An amazing meal. We did have to pick our own wine as there was no one to recommend a wine to go with the meal - not sure if it was a language thing or not. But luckily we had an app to guide us! The wine list is great also. The tables are quite close together but it’s fine! In all a fabulous meal
