We arrived around 2:00 pm and were seated immediately. Keep in mind they close at 3:00 pm, so it wasn't very busy. They started us off with a delicious lentil soup, which was a nice surprise. We all ordered the house seafood casserole, and it was amazing! It came with a generous amount of king crab, topped with melted cheese and served with waffle-cut potatoes. Also ordered the seafood pasta. Had tomato sauce with a lot of crab! Everything was flavorful and well prepared. For dessert, we had the apple pie with chocolate ice cream, and it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

I had a great dining experience here. Went early at 7PM and were seated immediately with no wait time, though the restaurant definitely gets crowded later in the evening. The black hake (Merluza Negra) was cooked to perfection and paired beautifully with a fresh salad, and the rice with king crab (Arroz con Centolla) was rich, flavorful, and packed with crabmeat. To top it all off, the service was incredibly warm and friendly. If you are looking for delicious Patagonian seafood, this place is an absolute must-visit!

Very busy place. Your milage on the value/$ will vary depending on what you order. In my opinion the best bang for the $ for 2 people is the seafood platter, you get a lot of seafood, half deep fried and half grilled with garlic and parsil. Excellent! All the Centolla (large local crab) dishes are way overpriced. The servers work super hard. The decoration is simple but fits perfectly with the theme. Get there early or reserve.

Went to this place twice in my visit to Ushuaia. If you want to go without reservation for dinner either make the line before it opens ~15min earlier, or wait for the first round to finish and you can find a sit around 8pm on. For lunch there is usually enough room and reservation is not critical. All centolla is awesome!! This is the place to go if you want to try that, all their dishes are incredible!! The rice (consider Argentinian rice is not dry, it's wet, with some liquid at the bottom, it's normal...) , scallops, potatoes, all is delicious. We did not have room to try desserts as food was so good that there was no room for more at the end. Definitely the cazuela de la casa is the best dish they have. 100% recommended.

What a fabulous meal. The best seafood I have ever tasted- local black hake and crab. The service is impeccable and by far the best of my entire trip in Argentina over the past two weeks. I would come back to Ushuaia just for this restaurant. Thanks for a memorable last evening in Ushuaia.
