This was truly one of the best meals I’ve ever had at a restaurant. From the wine and steak to the dessert, everything was simply divine. Máximo provided exceptional service, making the experience even more memorable. This meal was undoubtedly one of the highlights of my visit to Buenos Aires.
Went to this restaurant with the recommendation of the hotel concierge. The molleja (sweet bread), yam with blue cheese were spectacular. I was a bit disappointed with the asado de tira(ribs). Didn’t have proper beef flavor.
Interesting menu and a great location. However, the wait time for the food was extremely long. We received the meat after nearly an hour, and only after that came the salad. There was almost no service, and no warning that the food would take so long. The waitress seemed concerned only about whether we would leave a tip and how much, rather than taking care of us. The lamb had an excessive amount of membranes that should have been cleaned beforehand. Everything was greasy and difficult to chew. On a positive note, the cocktails were very good, so compliments to the bartender
Es fantástico! Zaca and Nani were so attentive. We arrived late in the evening without a reservation (reservation recommended) and they seated us immediately. They even let us practice our Spanish. The food is delicious and the servings are generous. Highly recommend Huacho for that special dinner.
On our last night we wanted to treat ourselves with a nice steak and stumbled upon Huacho. Maximo made sure we got a place even without reservation, very accommodating! We started with the burrata, which was heavenly. Very creamy and perfectly seasoned and accompanied by lovely sauces. For the main we both opted for a tenderloin steak medium rare, which was cooked to perfection. And through the fabulous service from Maximo we ended the evening very full and happy
