We chose Etnos to celebrate one of our daughter's most important moments, her UNCO graduation ceremony, and it was an excellent decision. We enjoyed the five-course "Celebrating Our Homeland" menu, where each dish was a gastronomic experience with sublime flavors in every bite. The quality was excellent, and the presentation was so delicate and meticulous that we wanted to admire them before eating them. The wine pairing was perfect and appropriate, enhancing each culinary offering. The staff's attention was outstanding; with such care, professionalism, and warmth, they explained each dish, allowing us to appreciate even more every detail of this delicious gastronomic experience. The restaurant's ambiance is elegant, warm, and very pleasant, ideal for conversation, sharing, and celebrating special moments. We will definitely return. We always return to places where we experience unforgettable moments, and Etnos is already among our most cherished memories.
Very nice place, beautifully decorated. The concept is lovely: a multi-course menu for each culture/country. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that I spent two hours eating alone, on a day when there were only three tables. And I was there that long because I asked them to bring the last two courses (pre-dessert and dessert) almost immediately after each other. At the end of the meal, I mentioned this, and the response was that they serve on a first-come, first-served basis, because I was the last of the three tables. As I told the waitress, they can't keep up with everyone's pace. They brought my courses after they had already brought them to the other two tables of four people, even though I was the only one. It took 20-25 minutes for each course to arrive. You can't compare the time it takes for one person to eat to the time it takes for a table of four who are having drinks and eating; each table is personalized, which wasn't the case here. Nothing, it's just constructive criticism, because not everyone is willing to spend more than two hours eating dinner.
We booked in advance via WhatsApp. Each dish was a work of art. Exquisite flavors, top-quality ingredients, and impeccable presentation showcased the kitchen's technical skill. We tried the French and Peruvian tasting menus, and every course was a delight. Lucia's service was outstanding: attentive, warm, and professional. She knew the menu perfectly. The timing between courses was flawless. The ambiance was tasteful, the music was just right, and the wine list complemented the meal beautifully. Another important detail is that they offer a children's menu! I highly recommend it, and we will definitely be back!
My boyfriend took me for our two-year anniversary, and I tried the Lebanese menu. It was a very interesting experience; the flavors were intense yet balanced. Our waiter, Esteban, was incredibly attentive and explained each step and each dish in detail. I would love to go back and try the other countries on the menu.
We came to enjoy a different experience, and it was truly excellent. Fernando's service was very attentive, friendly, and helpful, explaining each dish in great detail. The dishes were delicious at every stage, and we appreciated being surprised with each course. The Etnos and Siroco cocktails were a delight—smooth and refreshing. For us, a 10 out of 10! We'll definitely be back to try dishes from other countries! Very original!
