Such a lovely experience and delicious fried northern-style empanadas. Very juicy. 🫶
Such a fun experience and truly the best empanadas I’ve had in BA so far. Pollo cost 2750 - I think there was an extra charge for card payment
Literally THE BEST empanadas I’ve ever had! I even took a cooking class while visiting BA and those empanadas paled in comparison. And these ones are only 2000 pesos each. Please go there!! I had the ham and cheese :)
We stopped by this little hole in the wall and had the best empanadas of our entire Argentina trip. They were crispy, flavorful, and fresh from the oven. Definitely worth a visit and highly recommended.
Wow! I'm so grateful for the reviews that sent me back to try these empanadas. The filling was flavourful, they were beautifully hot and the pastry was crisp. I had one chicken (pollo - pronounced poyo) and one beef (carne). Ring the bell, ask for however many you want and wait for them to be reheated. Price per empanada is on the sign. I'm not sure I'll be heading back to la boca but if I do i'll be coming hungry for these empanadas.
