A simply incredible place. El Enemigo wines are impeccable, and in my eyes were as impressive as the wines I tasted in Saint Emilion, Bordeaux. The food, as expected, was amazing. Their Michelin star is highly deserved.
Casa Vigil is one of the must visit wineries in the area, in our opinion. Its the playground and artistic lab of Alejandro Vigil, where he produces some of his most cherished wines. The whole property is beautiful and so inviting. We enjoyed dinner and wine pairing at El Enemigo. The meal had a few hits, mainly the trout, but overall we agreed it was a slightly above average meal. The 10 wines paired pretty well with each course, but ultimately became a little overwhelming with the speed of the meal.
An exceptional wine tasting and food pairing experience from start to finish. Having a dedicated sommelier throughout elevated the evening, with impeccable attention to detail at every step. The cuisine is Michelin-star caliber, showcasing remarkable depth, balance, and creativity in every course. The explanations and overall wine journey were truly above and beyond. 1,000% recommended.
I will definitely return! The experience was amazing from the first minute that we were received with a courtesy cup of wine while we were accommodated by the personnel. The place is amazing with great spots to take pictures. The wine was outstanding as it also was the warm service, and the lunch. I went with a group of friends to celebrate the birthday of one of them that was so fun since there was also live music playing by a guitarist that played lot of songs that we asked for. The personal also brought us a cake for our friend’s birthday!
Absolutely wonderful restaurant with great wines and a lovely atmosphere! We did the sunset experience with antour and dinner and it was amazing!
