very attentive staff, our server Nahuel was an incredible host, knows about local wineries aswell, we enjoyed the food so much, pairings were also accommodating, a very nice experience
My wife and I had a fantastic experience at Carolino. Our waiter Samuel was very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. He even gave us a full overview of the bottle of wine we ordered. The food was delicious and the atmosphere where we were sat (wine storage room) was perfect. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing and fulfilling meal.
This was such a lovely dinner in Mendoza. Samuel, our waiter, spoke great English, was very welcoming and recommended us a great wine. He brought us 2 starters on the house - first we tried some tepanade with roasted bread and second to try their olive oil. We ordered 2 mains and 2 glass of wine and paid ARS95,000 (£53) including tip - paid all by card. I expecially want to call out the trout, it was delicious! My only regret is not having time to come back for the 5 course experience.
On our first day in Mendoza, we had an amazing meal here. Matias (sp?) was our server and he was great. He recommended some dishes to us and they were also amazing. He also recommended a great wine to go with the food and it did not disappoint. I will definitely stop back here next time I'm in town!
We went here for a steak dinner and it was absolutely delicious. The steak was done perfectly and the accompaniments were delicious. I am gluten free and they were very attentive to my allergy. While there we got talking to two other tables of travelers that were both there for the 5 course dinner with wine pairing so we made a reservation for tonight for that dinner and we can’t wait. We ended up going back for the five course tasting a couple days later and OMG DO IT! It was so good! This morning we flew to Buenos Aires and got talking to the couple in front of us that had done the five course the night before and they said five star too! Amazing… thank you 😊
