Reviews
I want to give it my highest recommendation. We live in Buenos Aires and frequently visit the south, especially Bariloche. We hadn't had the opportunity to visit Avellana Restaurant at the Villa Beluno Hotel until this last trip. First, I want to say that we travel extensively; we've explored all of Europe, and honestly, it's in our top five places. We've dined at 3-Michelin-starred restaurants in France, and I sincerely believe that Avellana is just as good, or at the very least, comparable. The building, the gardens, and the commitment to reducing their carbon footprint by having their own hydroponic garden are truly remarkable. The taste with which it's furnished and decorated is exquisite. It has the unique quality of creating a warm, homey feel upon entering, and this is replicated in every room we visited. The dining room with its wood-burning stove, the tableware—everything is of the highest quality. And when our dishes arrived, we were truly moved. Knowing that there are still places that prioritize the food over the ambiance was very heartwarming. Mara's service was impeccable. I highly recommend that anyone who has the opportunity book a room and don't miss this experience. We will definitely return and hope to stay there again on our next visit.
