Avant Garten, located in the Arcos del Rosedal, is a place that combines art, music, entertainment, and exquisite gastronomy of European influence. It is the first Biergarten in the city that allows you to live an experience in the best style of the German capital, ideal to cut the week and relax after work and continue the celebration until after midnight. Without a doubt, an authentic and innovative proposal that has become the meeting point for thousands of people week after week. The gastronomy is in charge of the chef Agustín Lucero, who proposes a cosmopolitan cuisine with European influence and flavors. It has a fixed menu and another menu that varies according to the products and ingredients of the season. In its fixed menu, you can find tempting Appetizers, such as Hummus and Babaganoush, cheese boards and cold cuts. While in their seasonal menu you will find options such as Trainspotting, Grilled Artichokes (artichokes sealed with black garlic aioli, old mustard vinaigrette, and honey), Mamushka, among other delicacies. For the fans of German sausages, you can try the Currywurst, Spicy Wurst, and Knackwurst.
