Lunch at Cauce Restaurante, Buenos Aires 🇦🇷 We had a wonderful dining experience at Cauce, where we were offered several signature selections thoughtfully curated by the restaurant. Every dish reflected the creativity and quality that have earned this restaurant recognition by the Michelin Guide. What impressed us most was the dynamic and knowledgeable team. They not only introduced each course with enthusiasm but also recommended wine pairings that suited different budgets, making the experience both enjoyable and accessible. The Argentine beef steak is certainly something to shout about — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and undoubtedly one of the highlights of the meal. For those who prefer plant-based cuisine, the vegetarian options were equally impressive and surprisingly delicious. Overlooking the beautiful riverfront, the restaurant provides a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere without excessive noise, allowing guests to truly appreciate both the food and the company. A memorable dining experience in Buenos Aires, and definitely a place we would love to return to. ❤️
This restaurant was recommended to us, and I would absolutely recommend it to others as well. The service was top-notch, very attentive staff who were friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer all of our questions. The food was delicious and the quality was excellent. I had some of the best steak I’ve ever had in my life here. Everything from the service to the meal made for a great dining experience. I would definitely come back.
Excellent food and great service. The Paco fish with cream sauce and roasted sweet potatoes were highlights of the meal. A must-visit in Buenos Aires.
Wonderful first dinner in Argentina. Staff were alert and accommodating, and with google translate they managed To understand that I am allergic to nuts. Portions are generous and for the wine too! Prices for wine were for 500ml bottles! All Argentinian tho. They recommended several inexpensive ones (ok next time go for more expensive ones I think - even then just $35 a bottle!) Dave loved the inside skirt cut (rare to get that cut at home) and polished off the 250 gm (half portion!). My trout was fantastic, thick but not overcooked, but far too large for me. The sweet potato mash was super smooth and tasty, without additional seasoning. We couldn’t finish the mash and the salad and the wines! All in - a fantastic meal at a reasonable price!
