This is our second time going to Osaka (first in Lima) and the quality and taste has been outstanding. Reservations a must
Customer service was excellent at start making you feel warm. I just asked the servicing staff to give me some sashimi who returned with an artwork of delicious one which was impressive. The noodle is a plus mixed with BBQ pork and onsen tamago inside the miso soup, causing strong contrast of taste against fresh sashimi. In addition to the environment is cozy and relaxed, no wonder it’s in Michelin Guide!
I want to thank Elizabeth for making the best drinks I had in Argentina! The food was amazing! I highly recommend this spot! High end but I loved the humble attitude of the bartenders and how friendly they were. Something that caught my attention was the managers good approach to service and using kind words to refer to us.
The experience here is just out of this world! Puerto Madero is on another level, this one is well above, every dish was super well crafted and it all came together superbly. Sebastian treated us super well! He is really knowledgeable on every dish and his recommendation were on point!
A little disappointed given the raving reviews of what seems to be a very well established restaurant. To start with the good things. Cocktails were delicious. The wait staff were all absolutely lovely, and accommodating for the fact that we couldn't speak spanish. The restaurant itself is beautiful. We were also sitting outside and there was this obnoxious Back to the Future themed event with it's loud ochestral opening theme on REPEAT for the whole night beside the restaurant. We almost became crazy!! (And I appreciate that this wasn't the restaurants fault). After we asked a couple times, they thankfully moved us inside and gave us a round of drinks on them. Now the downsides. Although the food tasted fine, and the presentation was exquisite, the overall flavor was a little underwhelming given the cost. It was a shame we had to wait a very long time to order, and had to get their attention throughout the night. In contrast to another restaurant in the area of similar caliber, we had our water topped up when it was low, and felt we were checked in on regularly. I feel there are some improvements needed for such an establishment. Perhaps reducing number of tables so there is a better staff to customer ratio.
