Los Galgos is a historical bar of Buenos Aires that keeps the best of their traditions since 1930. Its Italian Nuova Simonelli coffee machine and the highest quality coffee grains ensure a unique coffee blend. It is also proud of keeping up with the traditional values of the local gastronomy: best own elaboration with utmost simplicity.
There is a midday menu and a night a la carte in which some traditional local dishes and a special commitment are the true protagonists. The starters are 'revuelto gramajo', meat roulade with salad, 'pascualina' (spinach and egg pie), home made cannelloni, breaded steaks or grilled meat.
In the evening there are cocktails of vermouth and aperitif, served with ingredients such as bologna with pistachio nuts, home made sausages or anchovies, among others
