GOURMET DINNER Entress: Variety of canapé and champagne. Main dish: - Gourmet: heart sweetbreads, prawns, arugula and golden rain of pay potatoes with Malbec reduction. - Crepes stuffed with tomatoes, cheese and thin slices of basil in a variety of sauces. - Spider crab with lime cream, mix of green leaves and candied tomatoes. - Mediterranean: Serrano ham, green bouquet and cheese slices. - Golden prawns with sautéed peppers and endives. Second dish: - Loin medallion with mushroom duxelle, rustic potatoes, sautéed mushrooms with fine herbs. - Great grilled chorizo steak with glazed vegetables and rustic potatoes. - Grilled Patagonian trout accompanied by cous cous and glazed vegetables. - Patagonian trout in cous cous saffron sauce and sautéed mushrooms. - Grilled poultry white with wild rice, chives and mushrooms. - Spaghetti in squid ink with basil, fresh tomatoes and cream sauce with prawns. - Lime risotto. - Arugula and prawn risotto. The space holds up to 1500 people, giving our tour a vibrant atmosphere in which to enjoy the passionate history of the tango. The rotating circular stage ensures you won’t miss a thing. With more than 40 artists onstage, you’ll see the evolution of the tango, from its traditional roots to the fresh, contemporary styles we see nowadays.
