A wonderful experience! Honestly, the massages and the facial were what I loved most. The facial was so incredibly thorough, with such relaxing massages, and they did it so much better than other professionals who only focused on cleansing, with whom I requested facials. It left my face glowing and with an incredible sense of peace. I went with my mom, and we had a truly lovely time. Of course, like other reviews I saw, the calico cat "Amber" was fantastic company throughout the day, along with her kitten, hahaha; that pair seemed to be watching over us while also enjoying some pampering.
Lovely place to relax! I want to highlight the attention from Malena and Alicia during the Satori circuit my husband and I did! They were incredibly kind and attentive! Their service was the best part, along with Salem the kitten who kept me company during the massage. The break was also very good. The place has a few minor issues that prevent me from giving it the highest rating. The pool was green, so if I had wanted to stay, I wouldn't have been able to use it. I also want to commend the receptionist's service, both in person and via WhatsApp.
The best experience I've ever had! We're going back. We arrived Friday at 1 PM and left Saturday at noon—almost 24 hours of spa and relaxation in the jungle. The massage we chose was completely relaxing and calming. Afterward, we went to the dome where we rested in silence with the sounds of the jungle... A place in nature that is paradise. We didn't want to leave. The pool was perfect; I swam until I was exhausted. Very grateful to the staff who were incredibly kind and friendly. 100% recommended!
Me and my sister had the best time at this spa! They were able to fit us in last minute and are super accommodating. The staff are super sweet and the spa is so beautiful. Would definitely recommend and we would love to come back. .
