Description
You’ll start your tour by meeting at the visitors’ center to learn about the Brazilian side of the park. You’ll then follow an 11-kilometer road to begin your adventure. Once on the road, you’ll already be able to hear the falls as you pass by a forest rich with unique flora and fauna: you’ll see birds, multicolored butterflies, and small coatis. Next, along the walkway to Benjamin Constant and Deodoro Fall, you’ll enjoy stunning views of the Devil’s Throat, an 80-meter cascade with the largest water flow in the world. Along the walkway to Floriano Falls, there’s a panoramic elevator leading to the top of the falls. Once you’ve reached the top, you’ll have the chance to purchase a meal at the Porto Canoas gastronomic centre and browse the park’s souvenir shop. On the second part of your adventure, you’ll experience a Macuco Safari, driving in an open-air vehicle and witnessing amazing views of the forest. Along the safari, you’ll see orchids, bromeliads, centenary trees, and wildlife before arriving in Porto Macuco, where your pontoon boat awaits you. You’ll then navigate the Iguassu River and admire the picturesque canyons, moving at a speed that allows you to enjoy the landscape and take photos as you go. Finally, you’ll reach the base of the falls near the Devil’s Throat, where you'll get close enough to enjoy a quick refreshing dip in these pristine waters.Includes
