Excellent service food is tasty yet a bit on the higher end
Museo soup is good. Gyoza is bad, I would rate it a 5/10, but unfortunately from all the places I've been around the world I got served gyoza 1/10, so pretty decent. I would strongly recommend the chefs to keep them on the pan for a little bit more to have a nice brown crust, then you reached perfect point. Fish quality is surprisingly good, salmon looked raw, unfrozen and the white fish has a nice taste. Unfortunately for people used to regular sushi rice, is a bit bad. Rice is way too sweet and was not fully cooked. Tempura shrimp was also not freshly boiled, you could taste and feel it's from a few hours ago. Arrangement of the place is good, only thing I would add is maybe some nice ambiance music. If I'd go again I'd have dishes that do not involve any rice.
Gyozas and rolls are delicious! Ramen and udon are not authentic in both the soup and noodles but taste is okay. Restaurant accepts CASH or debit card only.
