Chilean and Andean cuisine restaurant w/ focus on seafood. Wide range of everything from grilled shellfish, to whole fish, ceviche, risotto, and octopus. For those who don't enjoy fish and seafood, it's worth noting that the menu includes Patagonian lamb, rabbit, and pork ribs prepared in various ways. The wine list is extensive, as well as classic cocktails like the pisco sour. We had the board of mixed seafood, raw marinated cooke and fried. It was a nice way to try a little bit of everything. IS THE FOOD AMAZING? NO? But for the area being extremely meat focused, it’s a good seafood alternative.
Lovely food, and our waiter was so nice and thoughtful. We had the degustacion for 2, extraordinary ! I recommend it
It was a very pleasant evening at Mar y Monte. Waiters were kind and polite. The food was very good, had the paila marina, which was very tasty and well served. Wine was good and price was ok. Definitely would go there again during my stay in Mendoza.
