These General Terms and Conditions of the Promotion are established between the Consumer Users and Rappi Arg S.A.S. (hereinafter, "Rappi") and govern the rights and obligations of the parties.

Rappi is a regularly established company, dedicated to the provision of technological services through its website and a virtual platform for mobile devices (hereinafter, the "Platform") through which products and services of third parties are displayed and marketed as users of the Platform. 

The terms and conditions detailed below constitute the entire agreement between the User and Rappi regarding the promotion indicated below (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions"). Users are requested to read them carefully.

Promotion: By means of the present, it is announced the Campaign called "CUPON MYGUIDE", by means of which the New Users / Consumers who redeem the My Guide coupons (hereinafter, "Coupon") detailed below through the virtual platform and/or website of Rappi (hereinafter, the "Platform") will receive one (1) free shipping cost for orders completed within the Platform paid by credit/debit card, through the redemption according to the following terms and conditions and definitions:
 
General Terms and Conditions
"New Users/Consumers" means any human being who completes an order for the first time through the Platform by paying by credit/debit card, using a Coupon. It is clarified that, for the purposes of this Promotion, new users/consumers who place their first order without correctly redeeming the Coupon will not be taken into account. 
"Coupon" means a coupon redeemable within the Platform, whose terms and conditions are determined below. It is clarified that this coupon will only be redeemable by New Users/Consumers. It is expressly established that the Coupons will be used exclusively to cover the costs of home delivery in the areas where Rappi has coverage within the Metropolitan Area of Buenos Aires.
 
Specific Conditions

1. Campaign valid only during the period of time between June 22, 2020 and July 31, 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the "Term of Validity") or until stock is exhausted of 10,000 (ten thousand) Coupons during the entire Promotion.
2. Campaign valid for orders paid by credit and/or debit card only.
3. Campaign valid for all orders that meet the conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
4. The redemption of coupons will be subject to the availability of the articles in the shops adhered to Rappi.
5. A maximum of 10,900 (ten thousand) Coupons can be redeemed during the Term.
6. The cost of shipping credited by the redemption of the Coupon will be valid for 30 (thirty) days from the date of accreditation.
7. Campaign NOT accumulative with other promotions.
8. The user/consumer acknowledges and accepts that the information provided and registered in the Rappi contact platform, is true and reliable, being completely responsible for its falsification.
9. Rappi reserves the right to cancel orders if it detects fraud intention. 
10. The user/consumer acknowledges and accepts that the direct offerer is the commercial partner, since the latter is the one who exhibits, offers, promotes and markets products to the users/consumers through the Rappi contact platform.
11. Rappi does not market products since it is only a contact platform.
12. Rappi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modifications will be communicated in the Rappi app and will become effective immediately after their publication.
