We went to celebrate my friend's birthday with friends. The food was delicious, and the beer was great. The service was excellent too; the staff were super attentive.
The food was delicious and the service was good, the problem arose when we paid. They advertise a 10% discount for cash payments, but if you don't specify, they won't honor it. We asked the waitress, and she said it only applied to purchases over $100,000, which wasn't clearly stated. She went to ask the manager, but the manager never returned, so we left.
A wonderful new spot in Neuquén to enjoy excellent German beers, delicious cocktails, and delicious pizzas or charcuterie boards. The owners have gone to great lengths to bring the spirit of a Bariloche bar to the capital of Neuquén, giving us an Irish pub in an area where this type of establishment was previously lacking. I hope they do well and maintain the success they've achieved since opening.
