Tour Details

We'll gather at the designated time at El Federal Bar, a notable bar in the San Telmo neighborhood.

We'll embark on a stroll through San Telmo to explore the traditional art of fileteado porteño. We'll visit the San Pedro González Telmo Church, home to works by the fileteador, Martiniano Arce. Our route includes a stop at the iconic San Telmo Market, a major city attraction.

Here, we'll enjoy a snack, including a coffee or tea with Argentinian croissants, while a professional fileteador provides a class on the techniques and secrets of the fileteado. This experience enhances your understanding of the craft.

After spending 3 to 4 hours together, we'll conclude our experience at the San Telmo Market.

Partial Closures

Occasionally, the church of San Telmo may be closed to the public. If this occurs, we will admire it from the outside while discussing the filleting tradition.
