Description

This tour departs from Ushuaia along National Route 3, traveling through Tierra del Fuego National Park.

The first stop is the End of the World Train Station, where you can optionally ride the historic Prisoners' Train, now a tourist attraction recounting Ushuaia’s origins.

Next, explore the park’s unique landscapes and ecosystems. Visit Ensenada Zaratiegui Bay, where mountains, forest, and sea converge in a remarkable natural setting. Although the End of the World Post Office is currently closed, you can view it externally, photograph the site, and learn about its history.

Continue to glacial Lake Acigami (also called Lake Roca), surrounded by forests and mountains. Walk along the lake shore and, weather permitting, glimpse the imaginary boundary line between Argentina and Chile across the water.

The final stop is Lapataia Bay, marking the end of National Route 3 and the Pan-American Highway that runs from Alaska to the southern tip of South America. This symbolic location offers historical and natural interest.
