Description
Embark on an unforgettable adventure through one of the most amazing and pristine landscapes of the Argentinean Patagonia. This trekking excursion will take you to the heart of the Carbajal Valley, where you'll discover the majestic Emerald Lagoon, a mirror of water with a dazzling green color, fed by the imposing Ojo del Albino Glacier.
The journey begins with a comfortable transfer from your accommodation to the starting point of the trail. Accompanied by an expert local guide, you'll venture into a dense native forest of Lengas and Coihues, breathing in the purest air on the planet. Along the way, you'll cross ancient peat bogs (unique moss formations in the region) and skirt meltwater rivers that wind through the valley.
The highlight comes when you leave the woods: the stunning view of Esmeralda Lagoon surrounded by snow-capped peaks and hanging glaciers. Here we'll enjoy a well-deserved break, free time to take spectacular photos, and an included box lunch to recharge our batteries in an unparalleled natural setting.
Finally, we will begin the return trip along the same trail, with the satisfaction of having walked at the end of the world in Tierra del Fuego.
