Description
Depart from Puerto Moreno, located at the foot of the boardwalks on the Canal de los Témpanos (Iceberg Channel). Within seconds, the boat reaches the northern face of the Perito Moreno Glacier, revealing its height and scale from an exclusive vantage point not visible from the walkways.
The boat visits the area where the glacier rupture takes place, a natural event that happens every few years. Along the route, you may observe a calving event where ice chunks break off into the water.
