Hidden behind a discreet door in Recoleta, a historic Buenos Aires house opens for an intimate evening dedicated to one of Argentina’s most cherished traditions: gathering around the fire. Your evening begins on the terrace with a traditional Argentine vermouth. Meet your hosts and gather around the fire as the parrillero prepares provoleta over the glowing embers. Then, take your place at the table for a five-course journey through Argentine flavors, with each stage paired with a carefully selected local wine. Start with Argentine empanadas accompanied by Chardonnay from Mendoza’s Uco Valley, followed by slow-cooked osobuco and hand-cut beef empanadas paired with Malbec. As the fire takes center stage, enjoy chorizo and grilled matambrito with Cabernet Franc. Then comes the heart of the Argentine asado: entraña and ojo de bife cooked over the fire and served with Malbec from historic vineyards in Luján de Cuyo. Finish with a classic Argentine flan with dulce de leche, paired with a Pinot Noir Brut Nature, followed by coffee and sobremesa — the Argentine tradition of lingering at the table, sharing conversation and stories after a meal. More than dinner, KÜTRAL is an evening of fire, wine, stories and hospitality, designed to feel less like visiting a restaurant and more like being welcomed into a Buenos Aires home.
