Description
This approximately three-hour excursion begins with a 4x4 trip eastward along Lake Argentino’s coast, departing from El Calafate. The route leads to the Mirador del Acantilado, offering panoramic views of the lake and Andes Mountains.
Descending to the shore, the tour enters an archaeological site featuring ancient cave paintings created by Native peoples. These paintings provide insight into the region’s early inhabitants.
The experience concludes with a meal inside the main cave. Choose between a midday lunch or an evening dinner, both featuring a three-course menu inspired by traditional flavors.
