Description
Depart early from your hotel in El Calafate and travel southwest to the Argentine-Chilean border. After immigration and customs, meet your Chilean guide for the final 80 km drive into Torres del Paine National Park.
The landscape transforms with glacial lakes, snowcapped peaks, and native wildlife including guanacos and condors. The itinerary includes stops at the Lago Sarmiento viewpoint, Saltos del Río Paine waterfall, and the upper viewpoint near Cerro Almirante Nieto and Laguna Amarga.
Inside the park, you’ll receive a boxed lunch before embarking on low-difficulty hikes. Begin from Salto Grande, leading to Mirador de Los Cuernos on Lake Nordenskjöld’s shore—a prime spot for panoramic photos.
