Description
Established in 1951, the Children’s Republic is the oldest theme park in the Americas and the largest children’s enterprise in Latin America. Walt Disney visited the park in its early years, drawing inspiration that contributed to the creation of Disneyland in California.
The park was created to educate children about their rights and responsibilities as citizens in a democracy while offering creative recreation within a world of childhood stories and dreams.
The 53 hectares of manicured natural settings include various houses, castles, a lake, and a farm with traditional Argentine animals. Visitors gain insight into the park’s history, founding mission, and operations.
