Description
Your adventure begins with pickup from your accommodation in Mendoza, followed by transfer to the mountain base in the Cordón del Plata area. Meet your bilingual guides and horses, and receive a safety briefing and riding technique introduction.
Set off along the Rawhide Trail toward Cerro Áspero, crossing arid valleys and ascending to viewpoints overlooking Potrerillos and the Central Andes. Several stops allow time to rest, take photographs, and absorb the quiet landscape.
Return to the ranch to enjoy a traditional asado criollo, freshly prepared over an open fire and paired with local wine, seasonal produce, water, and dessert. After lunch, take time to relax in the peaceful mountain surroundings before heading back to Mendoza.
