Description
While most tours visit the park only in the morning, this excursion offers an afternoon session with completely different views and another perspective of the Patagonian landscape.
The adventure begins in the city of Ushuaia, where you will board the iconic End of the World Train to venture into the heart of Tierra del Fuego National Park. During the tour, you'll enjoy Andean-Patagonian forests, peat bogs, views of the Andes Range, and wildlife.
Highlights include Lapataia Bay, where the Pan-American Highway ends, Roca Lake — also known as the lake of the three names — shared between Argentina and Chile, and the Alakush Interpretation Center, where you will learn about the history of the place.
The excursion includes an easy hike of approximately 20 minutes inside the forest, along the shores of Lake Roca, with simultaneous views of the Andean-Patagonian forest and the binational lake.
Also available in the morning (8:00 AM - 1:00 PM). The activity starts and ends in Ushuaia city.
