Upon arrival at the ranch, you'll be welcomed with a glass of wine in our charming Mercado, a space inspired by traditional Argentine country stores. There, our specialized host will share the history of Estancia Vigil, its philosophy, and the origin of its vines, carefully selected and brought from Mendoza.
The experience continues with a guided tour of the Estancia and the Winery, visiting the Fogón, the Patio, and the vineyards, where you'll learn about the work behind each wine. Then, you'll enjoy a tasting of three grape varieties specially selected by Alejandro Vigil, one of the country's most renowned winemakers.
This experience invites you to discover Argentine Malbec at its finest, exploring how climate, altitude, and terroir influence the style of this iconic grape variety across different regions of the country.
During the tasting, you'll sample a carefully selected range of Alejandro Vigil wines:
DV Catena Malbec La Rioja – 1,500 meters above sea level: Elegant, floral, and with a pronounced minerality.
DV Catena Malbec Salta – 2,000 masl: Intense, spicy, and with excellent natural acidity.

The food tasting is accompanied by a platter of regional cheeses, artisanal charcuterie, a basket of artisanal breads, and water with and without gas, creating a perfect pairing to appreciate each wine.
