Description
Begin your day with an authentic rural experience at El Tranqueador, where horseback riding is treated as a recreational activity beyond typical slow trail rides. Small groups and well-trained horses allow riders to walk, trot, and canter depending on their skill and comfort. Professional guides supervise the entire route.
The ride takes place inside Pereyra Iraola Park, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and a significant protected natural area close to Buenos Aires. The trail crosses native forests, streams, bridges, lagoons, and historical sites such as Santa Helena Chapel and Santa Rosa Estate. The park also houses South America's only Agathis alba tree, known for its glowing resin under full moon nights.
There are two schedule options available:
- Morning Experience: Homemade country breakfast at 10:00 AM, followed by a 2-hour horseback ride at 11:00 AM, and a traditional Argentine lunch afterwards.
