Description
Begin your 170 km journey from Puerto Madryn port to Punta Tombo, passing through the Patagonian steppe. Upon arrival, visit the Interpretation Center to learn about the penguins’ life cycle and environment.
Follow a 1.5-kilometer trail starting in the steppe and leading to the coast, where penguins come ashore to refurbish nests and raise chicks. Experience the colony’s vastness with nests spread in all directions.
Witness the peaceful coexistence of penguins with small rodents, kelp gulls, and occasional guanaco and choique sightings. After the tour, return to Puerto Madryn port in time to board your cruise ship.
