The experience usually begins outdoors, around the fire pit, where vermouth and homemade appetizers are served while guests get to know each other, chat, and interact. The menu—which may vary daily—always maintains its artisanal spirit: everything is cooked using traditional Argentine techniques, with a clay oven, a chulengo (a type of grill), a barbecue, and other fires that are part of the ritual. The food isn't chosen from a menu; it's experienced as an invitation to a friend's home, with surprising dishes enjoyed without formality.
Afterward, the table is shared inside the house, where the main course and dessert complete the experience.
